CORPORATIVITY: MODERN CHARACTERISTIC OF ORGANIZATIONAL COMMUNICATION

Abstract. The author considers the modern characteristics of organizational communication, ascertains that modern management communications are expressed through the corporate types of genres: 1) media genres (corporate publications, corporate websites and portals, intranet), 2) entertainment-genres (corporate events), and 3) educational genres (trainings and seminars); and also reveals that corporativity is: 1) the method of manipulation in the management of team, and 2) the conception of organization, revealing the corporate spirit and values ??of company.
