Abstract. The authors consider the problem of higher education establishment student’s personality development in the process of professionally-oriented foreign language education basing on the integrative-developmental approach, analyze the principles and requirements of integrative-developmental approach in the process of future economists’ professionally-oriented foreign language education, and give the examples from the experience of this approach implementation in the Financial University under Government of the Russian Federation.
