PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF BILINGUAL STUDENTS’ COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE FORMATION IN NATIVE LANGUAGE

Abstract. The authors consider the questions of students’ language education under conditions of bilingualism by the example of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutiya), present the complex of pedagogical conditions contributing to the formation of communicative competence in the native language of bilingual children, give the detailed description of learning and teaching, material and technical, information and learning and didactic conditions, and present the course "Culture of communication" for the students of the first grade.
