ANCIENT TURKIC STRATUM OF OBSOLETE VOCABULARY (BY MATERIAL OF TATAR WRITERS’ HISTORICAL PROSE)

Abstract. In the article obsolete words and historicisms functioning in the Tatar prose used as the language material of historical novels written by the famous Tatar writers N. Fattakh, M. Khabibullin, V. Imamov is considered. The ancient Turkic stratum of obsolete vocabulary is defined with the help of comparative analysis.
