ONLINE LIBRARY OF M. EPSTEIN AS GENRE AND AUTHOR’S PROJECT

Abstract. The article is devoted to the virtual library of the Russian writer, philologist, philosopher and journalist Mikhail Epstein, who emigrated to the United States. The subject of the study is several electronic resources created by M. Epstein within the framework of the library in the Global Network. The author analyzes a new form of journalistic creativity as a genre and author’s project, including the English and Russian versions. The site-library is named Intelnet (Intelligent Network) by the author. Virtual Library of M. Epstein took a prize of the London Institute for Social Inventions in 1995.
