TEACHING FOREIGN LANGUAGE COMMUNICATION AS FACTOR OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS PROFESSIONAL CAPACITY FORMATION

Abstract. The article substantiates the necessity of the organized process of professional capacity formation of a future specialist who is considered by the author in the process of teaching foreign language communication. The address to the pedagogical synergetics possibilities suggests new interpretation of professional capacity as an internal process of self-organization, the manifestation of new formations in the personal structures of consciousness during the process of teaching foreign language communication. Taking into account the criteria of personalitys professional capacity and also synergetic principles attach the parameters of stability and order to the systems, where the process of teaching foreign language communication is considered as a component in the system of professional training. The article determines the pedagogical conditions contributing to the manifestation of professional capacity self-organization in foreign language communication.
