HISTORICALLY MARKED VOCABULARY AS MEANS OF ENGLAND VICTORIAN IMAGE VERBAL REPRESENTATION

Abstract. This article focuses on the verbal representation components of the image of Victorian England, which are presented with historically marked vocabulary that belongs to the semantic spheres of the everyday realia of clothes category and onomastic realia. For the first time the complex review of the etymology and development of historically marked vocabulary, which was included into the English language structure during the Victorian epoch of the Crimean War (1853-1856) is conducted. The features of this vocabulary actualization by the material of the English fiction and non-fiction texts are considered.
