GENRE-FORMATIVE TRADITIONS IN IVAN GONCHAROV’S "HAPPY MISTAKE"

Abstract. In the article genre-formative traditions in Ivan Goncharov’s "Happy Mistake" are considered, intertextual interrelations (Griboyedov, Gogol, Pushkin) are touched upon. The genre characteristics of the Russian romantic narrative are revealed. The author pays special attention to the genre-formative characteristics of short story in the context of this narrative. The thought about the organic interrelation of different literary systems in text fiction structure is conceptual.
