WAYS OF AUTHORIAL METAPHOR TRANSLATION IN FICTION TEXT

Abstract. The problem of authorial figurativeness preservation while fiction text translating is considered in the article. Different ways of metaphors translation are covered in this connection, namely: full translation, substitutions at the level of lexical, morphological and syntactical execution, addition/omission of lexical units executing an image. The authors analyze the semantic structure and the ways of metaphors translation in works of fiction.
