PROPOSITIONAL CONTENT AND REFERENTIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF OPTATIVES-WISHES IN COLLOQUIAL EVERYDAY DISCOURSE

Abstract. The article presents the results of researching the Russian optatives from the positions of their propositional and referential characteristics. Optatives-wishes used in colloquial everyday discourse are considered as language expressions having both steady and variable referential characteristics. Optatives-wishes having conventional imlicatures are also described in the article.
