PHONETIC TERMINOLOGY OF THE FRENCH AND RUSSIAN LANGUAGES IN A VARIOLOGICAL ASPECT

Lukina Ol'ga Ivanovna
Ural State Pedagogical University

Abstract. In the article the results of the research of phonetic terminology of the French and Russian languages in a variological aspect are presented. The variation of the plane of expression of terminological units is recognized as a natural phenomenon, but it has certain limits connected with the main function of a term - the function of nomination of a special notion. Special attention is paid to the formally structural variants of phonetic terms which mean insignificant modifications of their phonetic, structural and orthographic design with a complete identity of signification which is an invariant.
Key words and phrases: варьирование, терминология, фонетическая терминология, французский язык, русский язык, variation, terminology, phonetic terminology, the French language, the Russian language
