Abstract. The article on the basis of naturally identified figurative and logical discrete symbolic elements examines the syntactical frame of speech acts of the English pragmatic discourse supplemented by the means of the language in the form of active and passive syntactical constructions of the perfective tenses. The frame is easily modified according to the situation, it removes certain psychoverbal and competence-based barriers of discourse communication, reduces mental energetics of cognitive processes.
