THE INTENTIONAL APPROACH TO THE CLASSIFICATION OF BUSINESS LETTERS IN THE RUSSIAN LANGUAGE

Abstract. The article deals with the business correspondence as the practice of linguistic expression of communicative purposes and intentions in the Russian language and of ensuring the business interaction. The author grounds the possibility of the use of the intentional approach to the classification of business letters, and in this connection suggests the qualification of intentions. The varieties of intentions are identified depending on the orientation on the object of written communication, namely on different situation of the participants of correspondence, the situation of the real and potential interaction.
