THE SPECIFICITY OF MANIPULATION OF TELEVISION INFORMATION ON THE REGIONAL TELEVISION (BY THE EXAMPLE OF THE REPUBLIC OF TATARSTAN)

Abstract. The article is devoted to the research of the problem of the information manipulation on the regional television. The information policy of the TV company "Tatarstan - New Century" which occupies the leading positions in the media market of the Republic of Tatarstan is analyzed. The direction and the nature of the used manipulative technologies are identified, the factors of influence on the mass audience are singled out.
