Abstract. The article is devoted to the development of the method of linguistic legal examination of the sound tracks of oral speech for the purpose of ascertaining speech features of a group organizational discourse and object and activity characteristics of the content of communication in matters connected with economic crime prevention, committed by an organized group of people or a criminal community.
