COGNITIVE ANALYSIS OF PHYSICAL AND OBJECT-PRACTICAL EVENTS IN THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE

Abstract. The article examines physical and object-practical events from the point of view of their semantically-based representation. The detailed analysis of distinctive peculiarities of events is conducted, and on this basis their cognitive content is modeled with the help of specially created meta-language. The frame is suggested - the description of two types of events: destruction and production. The systemic description of the structure and semantics of the above mentioned events in the English language is presented.
