METHODS OF ACTIVE LEARNING AS ELEMENT OF CDIO-CONCEPTION: BY THE EXAMPLE OF TEACHING FOREIGN LANGUAGE IN TOMSK POLYTECHNIC UNIVERSITY

Abstract. The article considers the implementation of active learning methods, which are part of the World Conception CDIO within the framework of teaching the English language and the development of appropriate academic knowledge and skills of interpersonal communication. Using the method of case studies, modeling of business situations, etc. students can learn to think critically, make decisions, solve engineering problems, as well as work as a team, while improving the level of language skills.
