EXPERIENCE OF DEVELOPMENT OF FURTHER TRAINING PROGRAMS ON FOREIGN LANGUAGE FOR THE EMPLOYEES OF THE TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY

Abstract. The article deals with the issues of further training on foreign language in National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University. The author analyzes the results of a questionnaire survey in order to identify the personal needs of target groups in foreign language study. The experience of response to the educational demands of research and pedagogical staff while developing the modular programs of the English and German languages teaching at the technical higher education establishment is presented.
