ON THE ISSUE OF PHRASEOLOGY FORMATION IN THE CHINESE LINGUISTICS AND POSSIBLE METHODS OF DESCRIPTION OF PHRASEOLOGICAL UNITS

Abstract. The article is devoted to the issues of the formation of the Chinese language phraseology as an independent branch of linguistics. A unified and completely consistent theory that would summarize achievements in certain areas and give a key to the solution of many complicated problems of the Chinese language phraseology has not been created yet. The necessity to develop new methods to describe phraseological units as signs having their special nature is also identified and grounded.
