THE ANALYSIS OF THE POTENTIAL OF COMPUTER-AIDED TOOLS IN TEACHING A FOREIGN LANGUAGE IN NON-LINGUISTIC INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION

Abstract. The article examines contemporary computer-aided tools and services, necessary for the creation of electronic educational resources. The authors analyze the possibilities of these programmes and examine conditions, allowing one to improve efficiency of teaching a foreign language, make conclusions about reasonability, functionality and convenience of applying a programme or a service for the creation and organization of a classroom-based and out-of-class work in a non-language institution of higher education.
