Suvandii Nadezhda Daryevna
Tuvan State University

Abstract. The article considers the onomastics of the Tuvinians of the Verkhneusinskoe village of Ermakovskii District, Krasnoyarsk Territory. The author describes the anthroponyms, toponyms, zoonyms that are spread in this area and their peculiarities. The anthroponyms analysis indicates that Usinsk Tuvinians mainly use proper names borrowed from the Russian language, but there are also native Tuvan and Mongolian-Tibetan ones. The toponymy of this area is remarkable for the dual names of geographical objects. Usinsk Tuvinians’ pets’ nicknames are close to the zoonyms of the Tuvan literary language.
