ON THE PROBLEM OF CHILDREN’S SPEECH STUDIES IN RUSSIA AND GERMANY

Abstract. The article analyses the history of studying children’s speech - speech of the pre-school children and junior schoolchildren - in Russia and Germany. The author describes different approaches and modern trends to study this phenomenon. The paper emphasizes the necessity to study children’s speech as a special linguistic phenomenon, to identify the specifics of the elements and categories of children’s speech.
