ON THE PROBLEM OF CHILDRENS SPEECH STUDIES IN RUSSIA AND GERMANY

Abstract. The article analyses the history of studying childrens speech - speech of the pre-school children and junior schoolchildren - in Russia and Germany. The author describes different approaches and modern trends to study this phenomenon. The paper emphasizes the necessity to study childrens speech as a special linguistic phenomenon, to identify the specifics of the elements and categories of childrens speech.
