COMPOUND WORDS WITH THE COPULATIVE ELEMENT -РЫ- IN THE KABARDIAN-CIRCASSIAN LANGUAGE

Abstract. The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the functioning of the affix -ры- in the Kabardian-Circassian language. The element -ры- really deserves special attention. This affix is found in the language structure in all sorts of combinations, and linguists define it differently. Besides, the nature of this element is not entirely clear. In the paper the models containing the element -ры- as a way of the formation of new lexical units are analyzed.
