SELF-TRANSLATION AS MEANS OF INTERCONNECTION AND MUTUAL ENRICHMENT OF NATIONAL LITERATURES

Abstract. The article considers interconnection and mutual enrichment of literatures in the process of self-translation of national writers. The author indicates the causes of the origin of self-translation. Distinctive peculiarities of billigualism and authorial translation are presented. The examples of positive influence of the process of translation and self-translation on the creative work of bilingual writers of Karachay-Circassia are given.
