INTERACTION OF CULTURAL CODES IN THE MODERN POLITICAL COMMUNICATION

Abstract. The article examines the problem of cultural codes interaction by the example of the political media-discourse. The author pays special attention to visual aspect represented within the creolized text of the mass media political discourse. The paper aims to discover the mechanism of cultural code interaction at the non-verbal level of the mass media political discourse. The author concludes that cultural codes are in close relation and are influenced by the context and non-verbal means which promotes the accumulation of additional meanings.
