TYPOLOGY AND PECULIAR FEATURES OF A HORROR-DISCOURSE

Abstract. For the first time the article attempts to prove the existence of horror-discourse as a separate discourse, having its individual prototypical features, which differ it from other discourses, to reveal and describe its characteristic peculiarities and components: participants, special use of linguistic means, intentional orientation. The author examines modi, chronotopos, units of horror-discourse. Specific features of horror-discourse: suggestibility, attractiveness for recipients, are highlighted.
