LINGUISTIC REPRESENTATION OF POTENTIALLY CONFLICT SITUATIONS (BY THE MATERIAL OF THE ENGLISH LINGUO-CULTURAL SCENARIOS OF SERVICE SECTOR)

Abstract. The article discovers the meaning of the notion "linguo-cultural scenario", identifies and analyzes the specifics of linguistic representation of potentially conflict situations by the material of the English linguo-cultural scenarios of service sector which were not previously the object of linguistic studies. The special attention is paid to the stable and unified nominative and communicative units used in the potentially conflict situations. The paper concludes on modern tendency manifestation while realizing harmonizing speech behaviour model viewed through the prism of service sector problems. The mentioned model is implemented by standard units to express linguistic content.
