TRANSLATION OF PAREMIOLOGICAL TRANSFORMATIONS: COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS

Abstract. The article is devoted to the problem of translating paremiological transformations. A comparative study of paremiological modifications in the texts of the original and the translation, analyzing the types of paremiological variants and ways of their translation is described. Modifications include semantic, structural and structural-semantic types. The analysis revealed the frequency of the eliminating translation solution and intercultural paremiological transformations.
