STRUCTURAL-GRAMMATICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF PHRASEOLOGICAL UNITS AND PROVERBS THAT CHARACTERIZE FAMILY RELATIONS

Abstract. The aim of the article is to conduct the systemic analysis of the structural-grammatical features of the phraseological units characterizing family (marital) relations in the Russian language. The topicality of the study is associated with the need to identify the structural organization of these phraseological units and to comprehend the interpretation of the human’s conceptualization of the reality in the consciousness of an ethnic group, as it appears in the language paroemiological fund. The authors conclude that the structural-grammatical features of the phraseological units characterizing family relations are determined by the pragmatic purpose of proverbs and sayings.
