Abstract. Verbs occupy a central place among the large arsenal of language tools that represent human behaviour. The article presents the results of the analysis of the structural features of verbs of behaviour in three languages (Russian, Tatar and English). The study of the semantics of verbs of behavior is impossible without resorting to their structural organization. The authors conclude that the verbs of behaviour in Russian, Tatar and English are not uniform: they include both simple and compound verbal units in the presence of the general invariant seme "to behave".
