BASIC COMMUNICATIVE AND PRAGMATIC CHARACTERISTICS OF MEDIATED INTERNET COMMUNICATION USED BY SOCIAL PROTECTION AGENCIES

Abstract. The article examines the basic communicative and pragmatic characteristics of mediated marginal Internet discourse of social work. Relying on the fact that it’s easy to achieve an adequate perlocutive effect, the authors analyze both known and identified within the study (technical channel and availability) factors to secure the efficiency. According to the researchers, the basic features helping to preserve the dominant of the agent’s illocutive purpose and the appropriate perlocutive effect are the following: institutionality, informativeness, distance, esotericity and direct and reverse reflectivity.
