EVOLUTION OF MODERN KABARDIAN PROSE: THEMES AND PROBLEMS

Abstract. In the article, the overview analysis of the evolution of modern Kabardian literature by the example of the works of several young authors: M. Gucheva, Z. Shomakhova, M. Nafedzov, R. Zhambekova, A. Dzagashtov, A. Nartokova, is presented. The purpose of the study is to determine the ideological and thematic focus of the works by the writers, who entered the Adyghe literary process at the beginning of the XXI century. The main task is to identify the problems and dominant motive lines in their works. The attention of the author of the article is drawn to the compositional and stylistic peculiarities of prose works - short stories and stories.
