Abstract. The study aims to identify semantic and derivational features of distributive numerals in the Forest Yukaghir language. Scientific novelty of the work lies in the fact that this class of numerals is considered for the first time, using material from the Forest Yukaghir language; their semantics, morphemic structure are determined, new vocabulary is introduced. As a result, it is shown that distributive numerals are derived from stems of quantitative verbs by the means of the suffix -ну-, indicating that the action is prolonged and usual, as well as that it continues at the moment of speaking. It should be noted that there is semantic and syntactic difference between distributive numerals and quantitative verbs with the suffix -ну- as such. Distributive numerals can produce non-finite and voice forms.
