Personage System in V. N. Fedorov’s Novella "Citizen № 1 of the Forever Gone Town"

Abstract. The research objective includes analysing the personage system in V. N. Fedorov’s novella "Citizen № 1 of the Forever Gone Town". The paper considers the following issues: the main character’s autobiographical image, the role of secondary personages when creating the main character’s image, functional peculiarities of the charactonyms and the personages’ speech peculiarities as a means to describe them. Scientific originality of the study lies in the fact that the researcher for the first time provides a comprehensive analysis of the personage system in V. N. Fedorov’s story "Citizen № 1 of the Forever Gone Town". The research findings are as follows: the author identifies specificity of the personages’ development, reveals their systemic interrelations.
