Classification of the French Stereotypes in the Russian Language (by the Material of the Russian Fiction)

Abstract. The study aims to classify the French stereotypes according to their structural, semantic and cultural aspects in the Russian literary works of the XIX, XX and XXI centuries. The study is novel in that it is the first to carry out a comprehensive analysis of the French stereotypes in the Russian language, to develop their classification, as well as to determine the French culture influence on the Russian one. As a result, it was found that the Russian native speakers use the French stereotypes, which are classified according to the type of elements connection in the phrase and their structural pattern in the Russian language, to the semantic aspect and the degree of their cultural markedness in the Russian language.
