NORMATIVE BASES OF MARITAL PROPERTY REGULATION IN RUSSIAN EMPIRE

Abstract. The evolution of marital property regulation in the period of Russian Empire is considered based on the development of the normative legal base. The main attention is paid to the increase of the secular arm interference in the family institute regulation which was the sole church competence earlier.
