THE INTERNATIONAL LEGAL REGULATION OF LABOUR: RUSSIAN POSTSOVIET ASPECT

Abstract. In the article some basic features of international legal regulation of social-labour sphere in Russia in the post-Soviet period and at the present stage are considered. The role of the international organization of labour in the development of international-labour standards and the influence of the conventional principles of international law on the evolution of Russian national system of labour law are shown.
