THE LEGAL COLLISIONS OF THE DIFFERENTIATION BETWEEN MUNICIPAL PROPERTY ANDTHE PROPERTY OF THE SUBJECTS OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION AT THE PRESENT STAGE

Abstract. The article is devoted to the realization of the subjective law of municipal property which is possible only in those ways which give us the image of the subject of this law. The criteria that can define the presence of such an image concerning civil circulation are name and interest.
