THE FEATURES OF THE INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION OF SPACE COMMUNICATIONS"INTERSPUTNIK" AS THE OPERATIVE (OPERATIONAL) ORGANIZATION

Abstract. In the article the basic features of the International Organization of Space Communications Intersputnik as the operative (operational) organization are presented. Also the international legal problems which must be solved by Intersputnik in connection with the ealization of its operational activity in the case of the launch of its own communication satellite into the geostationary orbit are analyzed.
