CRIMINAL-LEGAL LIMITATION OF FREEDOM

Abstract. The article is devoted to the research of freedom limitation as the kind of penalty implemented by the Federal Law № 337-FL from 27.12.2009. The author considers the defects of the judicial penalization of actions conditioned by the problems of the content of freedom limitation, its place in the penalty system and its correlation with other measures of penal character. The way of solving these problems is offered.
