SOCIAL JUSTICE CONSTITUTIONAL PRINCIPLE AS THE BASIS OF HEREDITARY LEGAL RELATIONSHIPS

Abstract. The article reveals social justice constitutional principle content in hereditary legal relationships. The author pays special attention to the range of hereditary rights which can be characterized as corresponding to social justice principle.
