ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNALS REFORM IN NEW ZEALAND

Abstract. The article reveals the specificity of administrative tribunals activity as the element of administrative justice system of New Zealand; considers the specificity of production forms within the limits of administrative tribunals. The author reveals and analyzes the most characteristic features of administrative reform in New Zealand. Special attention is paid to substantiating the necessity of perfecting the structure of specialized tribunals of New Zealand.
