IDEOLOGICAL AND JURIDICAL BASES OF RUSSIAN LABOR LEGISLATION SYSTEMATIZATION FROM OCTOBER 1917 TILL 1918

Abstract. The author considers the basic features of the inevitable and logical process of soviet labor legislation systematization during the period of the origin and formation of the bases of the branch system of soviet labor law according to ideological guidelines and analyzes the basic normative-legal acts adopted by soviet rule during the first year of proletarian dictatorship formation which embodied the specificity of the initial stage of socialist labor organization and became the legal base for the first in the Russian history codification of labor legislation.
