THE EVOLUTION OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL-LEGAL FORMS OF CITIZENS' ASSOCIATIONS IN LATE SOVIET POLITICAL SYSTEM: REGIONAL ASPECT

Abstract. The author reveals the content of the process of the evolution of the organizational-legal forms of citizens' associations in late soviet political system (1977-1993) and pays special attention to the change of the status of former high-rank organizations and to the formation of informal movement and its development in Udmurt Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic as one of the typical autonomous republics of Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic.
