PERSONNEL POLICY OF SOVIET STATE IN THE SYSTEM OF FRONTIER SAFETY IN FAR EAST (1945-1980S)

Abstract. The author considers the basic directions of the USSR leaders' activity on forming the personnel potential of the frontier structures in Far East in the second half of the ХХ^th century and reveals both positive and negative aspects of personnel policy realization as one of the elements of the soviet state frontier safety protection system.
