SOME FEATURES OF THE CONTRACT ABOUT THE RENDERING OF THE SERVICES ON PUBLIC RAILWAY TRANSPORT INFRASTRUCTURE USE

Abstract. The author considers the features of the legal nature, object, order of the conclusion and execution of the contract on public railway transport infrastructure use, reveals and presents the characteristic of an infrastructure owner and a carrier's legal status, shows the interaction between a forwarder-operator and a carrier and describes the civil-legal liability of the contract parties.
