INVOLVEMENT IN PUBLICITY AS STATE ADMINISTRATION INNOVATION IN RUSSIA

Abstract. The author determines the basic elements of public space - the open and accessible sphere of different social actors' interactions and analyzing current political and communication processes in Russia considers involvement in publicity as the basis for authorities and society interaction institutionalization.
