LUXEMBOURG AGREEMENT AND SUPRANATIONALITY CRISIS DURING EUROPEAN INTEGRATION IN THE 60S - 70S OF THE XXTH CENTURY

Abstract. The author considers the political situation in Europe in the 1960s - 1970s as well as the prerequisites and specific conditions that led to the conclusion of Luxembourg Agreement, conducts the legal analysis of Luxembourg Agreement main provisions, draws the conclusions about its significance for further European construction development and pays special attention to supranational and intergovernmental elements correlation in European communities activity in connection with Luxembourg Agreement signing.
