PARTIES' LEGAL NATURE OF CONTRACT ON PRIVATE SECURITY ACTIVITY SERVICES RENDERING UNDER MODERN CONDITIONS

Abstract. The author studies the questions of the legal status determination of the parties of a contract on private security activity services rendering, formulates the notions Customer and Contractor basing on the conducted analysis and suggests the amendments to the Federal Law On Private Detective and Security Activity in the Russian Federation.
