FEATURES OF LEGAL STATUS AND CIVIL LIABILITY OF OWNERS OF INCREASED DANGER SOURCES USED FOR SAFEGUARDING ACTIVITY

Abstract. The author reveals the features of the legal status and civil liability of the owners of increased danger sources that are used for safeguarding activity, proves that these features depend on the nature of an increased danger source and consist in the owner's status of one of civil law subjects - citizen or legal entity, and basing on this research makes suggestions for the improvement of civil legislation in the concerned sphere.
